The Eugenics Society of North America has existed in various forms mostly before the horribly failed "experiment" in eugenics carried out by the Nazis during World War II in their systematic murder of millions of members of specific ethnic, religious and national minorities. After this event, formalized movements espousing this theory have mostly taken on more overtly isolationist names such as "white supremacists" to indicate their rejection of standard forms of government and culture. In this pamphlet from the Eugenics Society of Northern California, the Indian famine victims portrayed in two images are described as subhuman victims of their unevolved family planning policies. Picturing these victims as genderless and homogenous furthers the oversimplification of the reason for the horrible famine suffered by this population.
